Whether speaking with a national audience at a conference, a local professional association chapter, or a group of grieving individuals my intention always is to share some ideas and possibilities and tap into the wisdom in the room by inviting participation and connection. I want people to leave our time together with practical ideas or tools to use.
Some of my themes may seem “heavy”, but know that there will be laughter, curiosity will be sparked, and people will leave with a sense of hope and possibilities.
